Why Kids LOVE This Recipe
As we all know chicken breasts are the best part of a chicken to eat in terms of nutrition. According to WebMD, it’s the healthiest cut of the bird. But for kids, it’s healthy obviously, but they don’t like it that much. Just because they are less tender and not easy to chew.
In this point of view, boneless skinless chicken thighs are a lot better because they are naturally more tender than chicken thighs, making them easier for kids to chew and enjoy without any dryness.
This recipe is also designed with kid-friendly flavors in mind – mild seasonings that are tasty but not overwhelming. You can use the spices I have mentioned, according to your child’s taste as well.
Also, as we have used boneless and skinless thighs, kids don’t have to deal with bones. This recipe contains skinless thighs as well. Skinless chicken thighs are also perfect for the kids because they have a softer, and more uniform texture without the chewy or sometimes rubbery skin that most of the children dislike. Skinless chicken also absorbs more flavors and spices than skin-in chicken.
So, if you have read so far, then you have understood why this kid-friendly boneless skinless chicken thigh recipe is actually KID-FRIENDLY.

Serving Tips
Kids always love dips. You can serve them with honey mustard, ranch, or a mild BBQ sauce that they will surely love. You can also sprinkle a little parsley over the dishes for a restaurant-style look that will make your kids try the food out.
You can also chop the prepared chicken thighs and use them in wraps, sandwiches, or even salads for variety.
Storage And Meal Prep Tips
Let’s say you couldn’t eat it fully at once and you want to keep it for later. You can do it. First, you need to cool the cooked chicken completely which I think can be done while eating. Then keep it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 to 4 days straight. And if you want to preserve it for later you can do it as well.
First, mix the chicken with all the spices I just told you. Now keep that for up to 2 months without any problem. Whenever you want to eat that, you have to thaw it overnight. I mean take that out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator so that it can slowly defrost. Then you can follow the above instructions except of the marinating process and enjoy your freshly cooked food.
