  1. Chicken Thighs: As you are making a chicken thigh recipe, Chicken thighs are the main ingredient.
  2. Dash Salt-Free Table Blend: To make the chicken taste fantastic and still use no salt, we will be using Dash’s Salt Free table blend which is completely salt free and gives the dish a great taste.
  3. Olive Oil: We will be using olive oil to fry the chicken in the skillet.

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs and keep it in a bowl.
