  5. 1 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1 tsp ground black pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 1 tsp paprika powder
  10. 1/2 tsp curry powder
  11. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  12. 1 Large carrot
  13. 3 potatoes
  14. 1/2 cup chicken broth
  15. 1 cup of coconut milk

Instructions

You need to follow these instructions in order to make this delicious one pan coconut chicken thighs:

  1. First of all, cut the 4 cloves garlic, 1 onion and parsley.
  2. Take another bowl and add 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp chilli powder. Means put all of the powder ingredients you have in one bowl and mix it well.
  3. Now take the 5 bone-in chicken thighs and pour half of the powder mixture on one side and half on the other side and mix it very well.
  4. Put a plastic wrap over the bowl and marinate the whole thing for at least 1 hour. The longer the marination time is the better taste it will convey.
  5. Now, heat a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil. After sometimes, once the pan is hot, put the marinated chicken on the hot pan.
  6. Brown on each side of the chicken thighs for 2 to 3 minutes. You can keep the heat of the stove to medium.
  7. When you are done with the chicken just put the stove off and put off the chicken thighs. Now, again put 1 tbsp of butter on the pan and melt it.
  8. Now add the onion and saute them until they are little bit browny. Then add the garlic and again saute that for 1 to 2 minutes.
  9. Then 1 tbsp of flour and mix it well. Then 1/2 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of coconut milk.
  10. Now, put the thighs back to pot and add some carrots and potatoes.
  11. At last boil and simmer the whole mixture for 30 to 40 minutes. Don’t forget to season with some salt and pepper to taste. and you’re ready to serve the dish.
