- Grease the pan lightly with 1 or 1/2 tbsp of oil.
- First, remove the chicken thighs from the package and place them in the lightly greased pan. Place the pan in the oven and cook at 450°F for 20 minutes. Then broil for 2 minutes extra and bring them out.
- Cut the tomato, onion, and cucumber to make the salad.
- Now grab the Trader Joe’s Pita bread and heat it up and then inside the pita bread, paste the Tzatziki dip with a knife casually.
- Then add the Cooked chicken thighs, salad, and some extra tzatziki dip for a better taste.
- Lastly, add a little bit of lime juice over it to enhance the flavour and youu are done with this recipe!
